Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WoS Calculators (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

WoS Calculators provides free calculation tools and utilities for the game Whiteout Survival, including calculators for gear, charms, heroes, buildings, research, pets, troop training, squad formation, event planning, and more, as well as a Community Chat and a Discord bot. An optional Pro subscription unlocks premium features including cross-device calculator sync, image export, bot reminders, and an ad-free experience.

Accounts and Discord Login

All calculators are accessible without an account. The Community Chat, Pro subscription, and certain premium features require you to log in with your Discord account via OAuth2. By connecting your Discord account, you authorize us to access your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You may log out at any time to end your session.

Pro Subscription

We offer a Pro subscription with the following plans, billed in USD:

• Weekly — $3.99 per week
• Monthly — $9.99 per month
• Yearly — $99.99 per year

Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Pro Features: Active Pro subscribers receive access to premium features including: calculator settings synced across devices; calculator states synced across devices for Expert Hero Skills, Relationship, FC Buildings, Regular Buildings, Troop Training, War Academy, and Research Center; image export for War Academy, FC Buildings, and Troop Training plans; an ad-free experience; saving up to 10 squad formation loadouts and up to 10 Alliance Territory Planner layouts to your account; Discord bot reminders; a Pro badge in the Community Chat; and a Pro role in the WoS Calculators Discord server.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date.

Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us via Discord.

Expiry: When your subscription ends or a payment fails, Pro features and your Discord Pro role are automatically revoked.

Requirement: A Pro subscription requires you to be a member of the WoS Calculators Discord server at the time of purchase.

Discord Bot

We operate a Discord bot ("Frost Forge") that answers FC building upgrade cost questions and, for Pro subscribers, creates and manages reminders, when messaged directly or mentioned in a server. The bot is only available to members of the WoS Calculators Discord server.

Messages you send the bot may be processed by a third-party AI service to understand your request, and your direct messages with the bot may be logged for support and abuse-prevention purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details. Do not send the bot sensitive personal information.

As with the rest of the Service, bot responses (including calculated costs and reminder scheduling) are provided without warranty of accuracy — see Disclaimer below.

Community Chat — User Conduct

By using the Community Chat, you agree to the following rules:

• No spam, excessive posting, or flooding the chat
• No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks toward other users
• No sharing of private or personally identifiable information about others
• No advertising, self-promotion, or links to unrelated external sites
• No content that is illegal, offensive, or violates Discord's Terms of Service
• Stay on topic — the Community Chat is for Whiteout Survival discussion

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who violate these rules.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post in the Community Chat. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content as part of the Service. You may edit or delete your own posts at any time.

Moderation and Admin Rights

We reserve the right to moderate the Community Chat. Moderators may, without prior notice:

• Delete threads or replies that violate these Terms
• Lock threads to prevent further replies
• Mute users who violate community rules
• Pin threads to highlight important discussions

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, subscription checks, or access restrictions

Disclaimer

No Affiliation: WoS Calculators is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Century Games, Whiteout Survival, or any of its subsidiaries. All game content, names, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate calculations, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Game mechanics may change and calculations may become outdated.

Use at Your Own Risk: You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING ISSUES OR LOSS OF PRO ACCESS.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature (including Pro features) at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
