Discord Community (Preferred)

The fastest way to get help is through our Discord server. Join the server to report bugs, suggest new calculators or features, get answers to game questions, and chat with other Whiteout Survival players. Our team monitors Discord daily and typically responds within a few hours.

Bug Reports

If a calculator is showing wrong numbers or a feature isn't working, please let us know in the Discord #bug-reports channel. Include:

• Which calculator or page has the issue
• What you entered and what result you got
• What the correct result should be (if you know it)
• Your browser and device type (e.g., Chrome on Android)

Game updates sometimes change resource costs or mechanics. If you notice outdated data after a WoS patch, please flag it — we rely on community reports to keep calculators accurate.

Feature Requests

We're always looking to add new tools and improve existing ones. If there's a calculation you do manually that you'd like automated, or an improvement to an existing calculator, suggest it in the Discord #suggestions channel. Popular requests get prioritized.

Pro Subscription Support

For billing issues, subscription cancellations, or Pro account problems, contact us through Discord and include your Discord username and a description of the issue. For data deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Pro Dashboard.
